PTFE coated fiberglass fabric
- Extreme Temperature Resistance – Stable performance from -196°C to +260°C, with short-term peak resistance up to +300°
- Non-Stick & Easy-Clean Surface – PTFE coating provides excellent release properties, preventing adhesion of resins, food, and adhesives.
- Chemical & Mechanical Durability – Resists strong acids, alkalis, and solvents, while maintaining high tensile strength and low elongation.
Description
Blaze® PTFE coated fiberglass fabric is a high-performance composite material made by coating high-strength fiberglass cloth with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). The product offers an extremely wide operating temperature range, capable of long-term stable performance from -196°C to +260°C.
Its core characteristics include a smooth non-stick surface, resistance to strong acids and alkalis, high strength with low elongation, excellent electrical insulation, and easy cleaning.
Main Applications:
- Industrial Thermal Protection – Removable insulation jackets for high-temperature pipes, valves, and equipment; anti-corrosion linings for chemical reactors.
- Food Processing – Oven baking mats, microwave pads, and non-stick conveyor belts for food drying and baking lines.
- Electrical & Electronics – Insulation layers for wires and cables, high-temperature protective covers for PCB boards, and dielectric substrates.
- Packaging Industry – Release sheets for heat-sealing machines and anti-stick conveyor surfaces.
- Chemical Industry – Linings for acid/alkali storage tanks and anti-corrosion wrapping tapes for pipelines.
