Description
Blaze® Fiberglass Needled Mat is a high-performance thermal insulation material manufactured from premium E-glass fibers through an advanced needle punching process. Unlike traditional fiberglass insulation materials, the needle punched structure mechanically interlocks the fibers to create a strong three-dimensional network without the use of organic binders.
The unique porous fiber structure provides excellent thermal insulation performance, heat resistance, and thermal shock resistance. Fiberglass Needled Mat effectively reduces heat transfer, protects equipment from high temperatures, and maintains stable performance in demanding industrial environments.
With a continuous operating temperature of up to 550°C, Blaze® Fiberglass Needled Mat is widely used for furnace insulation, exhaust system insulation, heat shields, fire protection, and industrial thermal barriers. Customized thickness, density, and dimensions are available to meet different insulation requirements.
