Description
Blaze® Fiberglass Needled Mat is a high-performance thermal insulation material manufactured from high-quality glass fibers through an advanced needle punching process. This process mechanically interlocks the fibers to form a strong three-dimensional network structure without the need for additional binders, providing excellent thermal stability, flexibility, and durability.
With its thick and porous structure, Blaze® Fiberglass Needled Mat effectively reduces heat transfer and provides reliable thermal protection in high-temperature environments. It offers excellent resistance to heat, flame, and thermal shock, making it an ideal solution for industrial insulation, fire protection, and thermal barrier applications.
Standard Fiberglass Needled Mat is designed for continuous use at temperatures up to 550°C. For higher temperature applications, specialized materials such as Silica Fiber Needled Mat can be selected, offering enhanced thermal performance and temperature resistance ranging from 600°C to over 1000°C, depending on product specifications and application requirements.
