Description
Heat Treated Fiberglass Fabric is a high-temperature processed fiberglass fabric designed to remove organic sizing agents, such as paraffin wax and lubricating oils, from the fiberglass surface. Through a controlled heat treatment process at 300°C–650°C (572°F–1202°F), the fabric achieves a chemically clean surface with improved coating adhesion and bonding performance.
With excellent heat resistance, dimensional stability, and low smoke characteristics, heat treated fiberglass fabric is widely used as a base material for PTFE, silicone, vermiculite coated fabrics, composite laminates, and high-temperature insulation applications.
